Your account

In Search Of uses the same account system as Rise Up. You are responsible for protecting your login, keeping account details accurate, and for activity completed through your account.

Listings and messages

You are responsible for listings, photos, descriptions, prices, requests, and messages you submit. Content must be honest, lawful, respectful, and appropriate for a community marketplace. Do not post stolen, counterfeit, dangerous, regulated, deceptive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit goods or services.

Transactions

In Search Of helps community members discover and contact one another. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not the buyer, seller, employer, service provider, escrow service, or payment processor. Verify the item, service, person, price, and meeting location before completing a transaction.

Safety

Use public meeting places, protect personal information, and report suspicious activity. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts when necessary to protect users or comply with law.

Availability

Features may change as the service improves. We work to keep In Search Of reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing is accurate.
